Banks Hill – a short walk over the canal bridge next to Newton Grange, to take in the views of Malham Cove, Pendle Hill and Sharphaw.

Leeds Liverpool Canal - watch the colourful canal boats travel through the locks at Bank Newton.  Follow the canal towpath for 2 miles to East Marton and enjoy a home cooked meal at Abbots Harbour.

The Pennine Way – walk across the Home Meadow to join the Pennine Way footpath and follow it to Malham.  Experience the joy of ‘walking free’ as Brigantes English Walks provide a baggage transfer service to your next destination.

Gargrave, Flasby & Sharphaw - Take a walk up Sharphaw from Gargrave to enjoy fabulous 360 degree views of the Yorkshire Dales, Airedale and Pendle Hill.

Ingleton Waterfalls Trail - A stunning walk through oak woodlands to see spectacular waterfalls.

The Dales Way - Enjoy walking a section of the Dalesway alongside the River Wharfe from Bolton Abbey, Burnsall or Grassington.

The Dales High Way – Newton Grange is a short distance away from the route of the Dales High Way, a dramatic 90 mile route across the Yorkshire Dales Saltaire to Appleby-in-Westmoreland.  Access different sections of the route via the train stations in Gargrave or Skipton.
