Converted from the historic barn and byres, Mickleber Cottage is built from Yorkshire stone and provides modern amenities and comfortable accommodation. Enjoy watching the lambs skipping along in the fields and the joy of breathing in the fresh air in this wonderful countryside setting. Take a stroll across the patio and through the field to join the towpath of the Leeds Liverpool Canal with its colourful canal boats. Tour the local area and learn about the living landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales.
Mickleber Cottage has a bright and well equipped kitchen, with high quality granite worktops, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The Living Space is open plan with fantastic windows affording lots of natural light. Enjoy sitting out on the patio, chattering around the picnic table and the joy of being in the countryside.
Mickleber Cottage has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a comfortable Super King bed, arm chair and ensuite shower room. The cottage has a second Super King bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. If desired the Super King bedrooms can be set up as twin bedrooms.
Enjoy exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Follow the Pennine Way from Newton Grange to Gargrave and continue to Malham, to see the famous limestone features of Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and Janet’s Foss. Call in to Town End Farm Shop in Airton to stock up on local produce.
